Tea is a communion with time and the natural world that surrounds us.
“Hua” is the phonetic word for “flower” in Chinese. Hua Tea draws on the many flowers used in traditional Chinese remedies.
We started in 2019 with two blends: Double Chrysanthemum, a mix of buds and full blooms of Hangzhou chrysanthemum, and Golden Bouquet, a mix of Kunlun chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, and osmanthus. We have since created ten more blends, including both herbal tisanes and black teas.
Hand-blended in small batches in Los Angeles, always.
